About Ideafree technology Founded in 2007, we specialize in developing earphones, loudspeakers and other audio products that are made of eco-friendly materials such as bamboo, wood, cardboard, and recycled or recyclable materials. We provide complete one-stop service in-house, including product conceptualization, industrial and structural design, packaging design, prototyping, POP display design, molding and assembly, and logistics support.
Our capabilities
We have a monthly capacity of 75,000 to 125,000 earphones. Our R&D has 12 engineers with six years' experience that can use English to directly communicate with clients. They have worked in famous companies such as GM, Johnson & Johnson, PARK n SHOP, CCIC and NEWELL RUBBERMAID. We also have a mold department with 20 staff, allowing us to self open molds. We can release two to four new products monthly plus prototypes are ready in three to four days. Additionally, packaging design and samples as well as logistics solutions and suggestions are completed within two working days.
We employ 10 QC personnel. They have six years' experience; their head has 15 years and an AQSIQ license. Each production line has five QCs maintaining CE, FCC, RoHS, REACH and ISO 9001:2000 standards. Our tests are based on ISO 2859 (MIL 105E) international standards. Although we provide one-year guarantee, our return rate is less than one percent.
Excellent logistics
Our main export markets are North America, Canada, West Europe and South America. Owning a logistics company, we are familiar with air, sea and express freight, offering competitive transport prices. Our eight foreign trade sales representatives have 15 years' experience and proficiency in English, French, Japanese and Spanish. We also have sales agents in the US and Canada.
